You may read it, share links to it, and quote short passages with attribution. The photographs are not yours to use.

Photographs credited to Laurey W. Glenn are the property of Southern Living and are reproduced here with permission. The Southern Living cover reproduced on this site remains the property of its publisher. Remaining photographs belong to 11 MILE or its photographers. None of it may be reproduced without written permission.
Accuracy
We keep this site correct and say plainly when a detail is unconfirmed rather than guessing. Even so, nothing here is an offer or a warranty. Availability, pricing, capacity and what can be arranged are confirmed in writing for your specific dates.
Inquiries are not bookings
Sending the form starts a conversation. It reserves nothing and charges nothing. A stay exists only once a written agreement is signed by both sides.
Stays
Deposits, payment schedule, cancellation, damage, guest numbers, events, noise and conduct are all set out in the rental agreement for your dates. Those terms are being finalized and will be summarized here once confirmed.
Third parties
Chefs, charter captains, guides, florists, musicians and other suppliers are independent businesses. We coordinate them; we do not employ them, and their own terms apply to their work.
