Privacy
This is a short site with one form on it. What follows is everything we do with what you send.
What we collect
Only what you type into the inquiry form: your name, email, and optionally a phone number, the dates you are considering, group size, the occasion, experiences you are interested in, a budget range, how you heard about us, and any notes you add.
We do not use advertising trackers, we do not build profiles, and we do not sell or share anything with third parties for marketing.
Why we collect it
To answer you, and to plan a stay if you go ahead. That is the whole purpose.
Where it goes
Inquiries are stored in our customer records system and a notification is emailed to the concierge inbox. Both are operated by third-party providers under contract, based in the United States. The site itself is hosted on Cloudflare.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not become bookings are deleted after two years. Records relating to an actual stay are kept for as long as we are required to keep them for tax and contractual reasons, and then deleted.
Your choices
Write to [email protected] and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If you are in a jurisdiction that gives you formal rights over your data, we will honor them regardless of where you are.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. There is no analytics script and no advertising pixel. Your browser stores one small flag so the opening animation only plays once per visit; it never leaves your device.
